With the burning desire to find another endeavor, a group of three friends decided to invest in a farm. Land was acquired and all pertinent information was gathered. But two partners backed out during our implementation stage. This placed sole responsibility on Dr. Osbert O. Usher. A redirection was implemented and the initial objective was placed on the back burner as sole proprietorship was made.

Fruit trees were acquired and planted in an organized fashion. Hand watering was done to maintain these fruit trees during the dry season. This continued until full implementation of an irrigation system was in place. Our expansion continued with the planting of a large variety of tropical fruit trees. Nurturing of these fruit trees continued throughout our 15 years of development. Our topography obliged us to build some ponds to contain water for irrigation purposes and as additional decorative landscaped features. Exploring our backgrounds opened our vision even more with the Hector Creek immediately behind us. Trails were made and Hector Creek was cleaned. Later a master plan for a tourism development was made and realized.
